what's where the art isn't? brings together personal archive materials and in-progress ideas. The gallery provided a sanitised space to contemplate thoughts that sit at the periphery of the mind, revealing clues and meanings within my own practice. Throughout the residency, the exhibition functions as the artist’s studio, emphasising the creative process itself as an integral part of the work.

Over 250 images were selected from my camera roll spanning 2015–2023, of which around 100 were displayed. This is an ongoing collection (obsession) enjoying the beauty in everyday and remaining connected to the world, whether the moment is pleasing or mundane.
